Manufacturing Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles and to coordinate a comprehensive onboarding experience. The role will primarily support the Dallas plant with periodic recruiting support for the Cincinnati plant, partnering with HR and plant leadership to attract and integrate top talent.
