Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to step into a Regional Manager role supporting multiple correctional facilities throughout Georgia. This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives on mentoring staff, building relationships, solving problems, and helping medical teams succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee nursing operations across multiple correctional facilities in Georgia
• Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership teams
• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff and site leaders
• Assist with staffing support, training, and operational guidance
• Help maintain quality care standards, compliance, and program development
• Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays
• Provide occasional hands-on nursing support when needed
