Title: Traveling IT Deployment Technician

Location: Northern Indiana Region: (Lafayette, West Lafayette, South Bend, Frankfort, Monticello, Otterbein, Fort Wayne / Muncie, Yorktown, Portland)

Interview Process : One round Interview process

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Compensation: $18 - $23 (depending on years of experience and education)

Duration : 6 month contract ( high likelihood of extensions)

Must haves

• 1-2 years of deployment experience  ( Imagining, configuration, and cable management)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic - Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Steel and composite shoes

Plusses

• Healthcare experience preferred
• A+ Certification

Job description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Deployment Technician to support device deployments within a hospital environment in downtown Indianapolis. This individual will play a hands-on role in preparing and installing technology equipment, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption to clinical staff and operations.

Day to day

• Configure, image, and deploy computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
• Perform cable management and workstation setup in clinical and office environments
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues during deployments
• Coordinate with hospital staff and internal teams to ensure smooth installations
• Maintain organization of equipment, inventory, and deployment areas
• Follow project timelines while working independently across assigned tasks

Compensation

$18  to $23

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
