Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that address clients' unique needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups. \n
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation that aligns with legal and ethical standards, ensuring complete and accurate records of client interactions. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary. \n
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance your knowledge of emerging mental health research and best practices. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral health challenges. Your work will contribute to improved mental health outcomes by making therapy accessible and effective for clients from various backgrounds. You will be an advocate for your clients, helping them navigate their mental wellness journey and equipping them with the necessary tools for lifelong resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, preferably in a clinical environment. \n

- Experience and specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred. \n
- Demonstrable skills in utilizing evidence-based practices and delivering effective therapeutic interventions. \n
- A history of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team is advantageous. \n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
