Excellent customer service to members and guests Flexibility and understanding that our business model is open 7 days a week and fills a variety of shifts. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive can-do attitude! At the front desk, you are the first impression of the spa! Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform various other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent 18 years old or older please • Strong organization and attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
