Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to) Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions that align with user needs and business objectives. Design, develop, and optimize high-quality software applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Enhance user interface aesthetics and functionality for our digital platforms, ensuring optimal user engagement. Drive the evolution of our back-end systems and APIs, which are foundational to our sophisticated ticketing infrastructure. Mentor junior engineers, overseeing code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, efficiency, and maintainability. Work in tandem with Quality Assurance to refine our offerings, addressing bugs and performance bottlenecks swiftly. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay abreast of technological advancements to infuse cutting-edge solutions into our products and services.

Required

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by industry experience. 3-6 years of demonstrated software engineering work experience. Proficient in advanced software development concepts, algorithms, and data structures. Mastery of object-oriented programming languages such as C#. Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is expected. In-depth knowledge of server-side technologies and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB). Experience with Cloud Computing Services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS). Demonstrated problem-solving prowess and a track record of swiftly mastering new technologies. Excellent communication skills, with a proclivity for teamwork and collaborative environments. Prior experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is essential. A passion for solving problems and eagerness to contribute meaningfully to the company's objectives.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, MVC .NET, ASP.NET, et al) Experience in PHP Experience in front-end technology stacks (Javascript, React, Svelte, SCSS with experience in Tailwind, Webpack, et al) Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS Cloud Computing Platform Experience with Linux Experience with Elastic Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience in deployment automation and IaC (infrastructure as code) Familiarity with the event ticketing industry
