Location: Shelby, NC
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $80 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active NC PT License or eligibility to obtain one
- Rehabilitation experience preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills to excel in a rehab setting
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Experience with physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation
- Ability to educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises
- Strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
