Benefits & Opportunities Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement and scholarship opportunities Staff Safety: wearable badge for quick and discreet help calls when safety is a concern Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications, and various lead roles (for eligible positions) Malpractice liability insurance Loan forgiveness through the EPIC electronic charting system Wellness program: free on‑site and community‑based gyms, nutrition coaching, mindfulness and meditation resources, and wellness challenges Type of Opportunity Full time, 0.90 FTE, Not Exempt, Work Shift: Nights (United States of America) Responsibilities Assist physicians with bronchoscopy procedures, monitoring patient consciousness, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems; deliver IV conscious sedation agents (opioids, benzodiazepines, sedative‑hypnotics) and reversal agents Initiate ventilator protocols; implement and coordinate ventilator management; perform advanced airway care including tracheotomy changes, extubating, and intubation Initiate and monitor high‑frequency ventilators and nitric oxide delivery In the NICU: perform surfactant delivery, intubation and attend high‑risk deliveries Participate in optional procedures: transport team, intubation, and backup charge therapist Perform department‑specific functions as detailed in the department summary of duties and other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy NBRC certification (Respiratory Therapy Certified) Respiratory Care Practitioner – NMBLS or ACLS and/or PALS Six months to one year of critical care experience preferred Legal & EEO AA/EOE/VET/DISABLED.
