Revit Engineer

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring for entry-level BIM Operators to support design and coordination efforts on high-tech construction projects for a growing engineering / semiconductor client in Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates with a background in Interior Design, MEP, Civil Engineering, or related fields who are looking to build hands‑on experience in BIM and Revit within a fast‑paced project environment. Position: BIM Operator (Entry‑Level) Location: North Phoenix, AZ Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours Pay: $60,000/year Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Support design teams with Revit (3D) modeling and AutoCAD (2D) drafting Assist with preparing and updating construction drawings and layouts Modify and maintain BIM models based on engineer markups and project updates Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings Maintain organized project files and assist with document control Support project coordination and basic data tracking tasks Participate in BIM coordination efforts and learn industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Mechanical (MEP), Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) experience required (academic or internship experience acceptable) Strong interest in BIM modeling and construction design Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment Strong learning mindset and willingness to be trained #J-18808-Ljbffr
