You are hands-on, analytical, and pragmatic – able to translate business problems into well-scoped ML tasks and to decide when ML is (and isn’t) the right approach.Does that sound like you? Then this is the perfect position for you.## **Minimum Qualifications*** Proven professional experience delivering and operating ML systems in production.* Strong Python skills and experience with Docker, AWS/GCP.* Solid ML fundamentals, NLP basics and strong model evaluation practice.* Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.* Experience working with large datasets and SQL.* Strong analytical problem-solving: ability to decompose ambiguous business problems. and determine whether ML is appropriate.* Strong collaboration and communication: align cross-functionally, make decisions transparent, document well, and give/receive feedback constructively.## Preferred Qualifications* Experience with NoSQL databases and/or distributed processing and/or streaming.* Practical experience with LLM applications and production agent orchestration.* Cloud security and platform basics.* Experience mentoring engineers and setting pragmatic engineering standards.## What you can expect* Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve ML models and taking ownership from prototype to production.* Build reproducible data/ML pipelines.* Containerize ML services and batch jobs using Docker to enable consistent, scalable deployments.* Deploy and operate ML solutions in AWS or GCP.* Monitor, troubleshoot, and harden models in production and iterate based on evidence and stakeholder feedback.* Successfully collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.* Evaluate models rigorously using appropriate metrics, including robustness and fairness considerations.* Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows.* Contribute to team excellence through constructive code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.At ParshipMeet, we help millions of people around the globe meet, date, and fall in love.
