Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings post-clinicals. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Ability to complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed after proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process). Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30. Schedule expectations: May include 4x10 options and must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30. Patient productivity typical: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour. EMR: Raintree. Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date).
