We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Fayetteville, North Carolina. About the Position As a BCBA at Epic Minds Therapy, you will play a key role in creating meaningful change for children and families. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and client success.
