Together, these companies work with and assure continuity of supply for the nation's most reputable food and supply chain outlets.Hanline Frozen Foods, founded in 2020 in Romulus, Michigan, is a premium supplier of All-Natural, IQF, and Ready-to-Eat Ingredients to some of the most reputable food service, retail, food manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies in the United States.Division: Hanline Frozen FoodsLocation: Romulus, MIResponsibilities:Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and production materials according to established food safety and sanitation procedures.Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.Work efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented environment.Perform duties in factory, warehouse, and refrigerated areas.Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Associates must arrive on time and remain for their entire scheduled shift.Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 9pm-completion (usually around 5am).Overtime and weekends as needed.Overtime is paid at time and a half.Qualifications:Ability to work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees).Ability to stand for at least eight hours per shift.Ability to perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.Daily responsibilities may include bending, twisting, turning, handling, gripping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and walking.Ability to work safely and effectively in factory, warehouse, and refrigerated environments.Benefits:401(k) or Roth IRA with fully vested 4% matchHealth, Dental, & Vision insurancePaid time offGrowth opportunityVoluntary life insurance, short & long term disability, etc.Company paid life insurance policyCompensation:$18.30 per hourAnnual raises
