Maintenance Technician (Multicraft Mechanic Millwright Electrician)

Position Summary Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment at Purina’s Denver plant. The role supports a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule and provides ongoing improvement of equipment functionality and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair plant systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation. Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment. Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators. Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general plant electrical equipment such as starters, PLCs, start/stop stations, motors (up to 480V). Apply knowledge of measurement, testing devices, and mechanical systems. Interpret electrical diagrams and circuits during troubleshooting. Use PLC programs for troubleshooting (programming not required). Requirements 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, military, or related environment, or a 2‑year technical degree. Other Requirements Willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends. Benefits Hourly pay range $39.35–$50.63. Pay progression: Maintenance Technician D $39.35, C $40.76, B $42.74, A $46.35, A+ $50.63.
