We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Oregon City, Oregon ! Job Type: Physical Therapist - multiple part time PT positions can be combined into a full time position. Base Pay Rate: Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour . Based on experience. Bilingual Incentive Program: 2-5% increase in base salary, determined on frequency of use. What You'll Need: Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university. State of Oregon Physical Therapy License. CPR certification. Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply. Ability to utilize a play-based approach. Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment. Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards. What You'll Do: Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services. Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services. Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements. Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals. Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
