When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills. Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums in the range $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
