Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses, ensuring comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide training to patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to encourage continued progress at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjust treatment plans when necessary, and ensure that patients are on their path to success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
