Medical Soldering Assemblers Volt is immediately hiring for an Medical Soldering Assembler for a company located in Irvine CA. As an Medical Soldering Assembler you will: Day to Day Responsibilities Assemble product based on drawings and sample assemblies Work under a microscope Package finished assemblies and sub-assemblies Meet standard output goals Help and assist coworkers when needed Read and write English Read MPS and write notes as needed Work with adhesives and bonding materials Work with silicone components and materials Work in a cleanroom environment following proper protocols Work with PCB boards Operate EFD dispensers for precise material application This is a full time opportunity Monday - Friday + weekends as needed The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in Medical Device assembly Soldering experience Experience working with adhesives, bonding, and silicone materials Experience working with PCB boards Familiarity with EFD dispensers Cleanroom experience Preferred Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of computers. Basic knowledge of power, air, torque, and manual tools Understanding of Mechanical and assembly concepts Prior assembly experience preferred Schedule: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour * Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
