National General Contractor & Turnkey Developer. Job Description The Construction Superintendent oversees all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion. Manages job sites and projects with professional Construction Superintendent skills. Responsibilities Quality control for all trades. Ensure job-site housekeeping is maintained. Able to communicate well with Project Manager and Subcontractors. Responsible for safety program compliance. Responsible for scope of work verification of subcontractors. Must have a proven track record as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a GC, Commercial Construction Company while being professional and a motivated self-starter A minimum of 10 years proven successful Commercial construction Superintendent experience. Degree required but experience is considered. Must be computer literate, possess the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, efficiently, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and with a high degree of quality. Possess knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods, and procedures. Dependable with a stable work history, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast paced, time sensitive, team environment.
