Seeking a mid-level (5-10yr) Business/Bankruptcy/Commercial litigation attorney to join our dedicated team of Commercial, Real Estate and Insolvency Litigation professionals to assist our team with Federal and State Court litigation throughout the Firm's geographic footprint in the Northeast and Southwest United States & Cross- Boarder litigation throughout the world. Depending on experience and talent level, candidates may be considered for Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Non-Equity Partner positions.

We handle Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights matters, Commercial & Complex Civil Litigation matters and Land Use & Real Estate Litigation matters.

Candidate needs to be driven to excel. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. Also, an outstanding attitude, work ethic and effective communication skills are required. You must be driven to work hard, succeed on behalf of our clients and do so with passion and professionalism, in and out of court.

Additional considerations are as follows:

· Excellent experience research and drafting mandatory.

· Excellent academic credentials. 

· Active member in good standing of the Bar required.

· Multi-state admission is preferred, but not required.
