What We Expect From You
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Can multi-task and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Understands what it takes to get the job done right
- Learn from experience, as well from those who have experience
- Work well in a team environment to get things done collectively
- Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
