Specialists will identify the guests’ needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide assistance with changes, cancellations, taking payments and any other service-based needs. A typical week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off. The start dates for this position are August 9th or September 27th. Both include one week of paid in-person training in Mammoth Lakes, CA, followed by paid remote training from home. Bilingual applicants are eligible for additional compensation. Work At Home candidates must meet the following requirements: Must work from your permanent California residence. This is not a “work from anywhere” position (applicants outside California will not be considered). Have a designated workspace that is separate, secure, and quiet. Have designated internet with a minimum speed of 400mpbs. Connect to the internet/modem via Ethernet Previous remote experience preferred. Job Requirements: High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time. Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment. Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency. A passion for skiing or snowboarding and familiarity with mountain resort culture is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
