Coffelt Tenant is a 301-unit affordable housing community located on 34 acres in Pheonix, with single-story duplex homes. The community operates under LIHTC, HTF, CDBG, and RAD PBRA affordable housing programs. We're looking for a full-time Leasing Specialist who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents navigate the leasing process while contributing to a vibrant, resident-focused community.**What You'll Do:*** Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.* Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.* Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC & Fair Housing requirements.* Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.* Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.* Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.* Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.**What You'll Bring:*** Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.* Affordable Housing/LIHTC experience is a plus!* Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.* Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc) preferred.* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.* High School Diploma or equivalent required.**Compensation & Benefits:*** Competitive hourly pay between $18 to $20/hour based on experience.* Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.* 401(k) with a 6% company match to help you plan for the future.* 18 days of paid time off plus 11.5 paid holidays each year.* Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts.* Opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth within a nationally recognized real estate development and property management company.If you're ready to make an impact while growing your career in affordable housing, we'd love to hear from you - apply today to join the team at Coffelt! #J-18808-Ljbffr
