We are seeking an experienced Metrology Specialist with a strong focus on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso software (any version) and will play a key role in supporting our qualification and supplier accountability processes.What you’ll do:Write, develop, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software to support part qualification and supplier accountability.Perform dimensional inspections using CMMs and a variety of hand gauging tools (height gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).Communicate inspection requirements and results effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Provide feedback to engineering and quality teams regarding inspection capabilities during planning and development phases.Support and improve inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Complete additional tasks as required to support the metrology and quality teams.What you’ll have:3+ years’ experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environmentProven experience in CMM programming, specifically with Zeiss Calypso software (any version).Proficient in the use of hand gauging tools (height gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).Strong understanding of dimensional inspection and metrology principles.Experience with PolyWorks CMM software is a plus.Experience with ERP-based software is a bonus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.What Will Help You Stand Out:Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Experience supporting supplier quality and accountability processes.Additional Details: Location: Waukesha, WIWork Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite per week.Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future.#qualityjobs #innio #metrology #CMMProgramming #manufacturingjobsINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
