Dental Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are a high-tech, patient-centered dental office seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate brings experience with dental assisting tasks, a passion for patient care, and the ability to support smooth clinical operations. Prior knowledge of Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right fit! Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment. Take dental X-rays and digital scans/impressions. Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and ensure they feel supported throughout their visit. Document patient treatments accurately in Eaglesoft PMS (preferred, but can be trained). Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental assisting. X-ray certification (preferred but not required, depending on state regulations). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
