Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Las Vegas. As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. Responsibilities Supervise and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service. Create employee schedules and manage payroll. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials. Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals. Requirements Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures. Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control strategies. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
