Sales Support Associate

Temp to Hire Opportunity / $28-$30 per hour (No Commission Position)

General Summary: The Sales Support Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions, concerns, and order fulfillment. Responsible for supporting all customers in a professional manner. The duties include communicating with customers, sales representatives over the phone or via email. Processing orders utilizing the inventory management system. Assist Sales Support Manager with all areas of sales and clinical studies.

Essential Job Functions (Included But Not Limited To):

• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls
• Act as a liaison between Sales Support and Sales ensure timely responses to orders, order status, and product returns.

Education And/Or Job Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years previous related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Special Skills, Abilities, And Requirements:

• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Experience with an ERP software
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to understand company policies and procedures
• Moderate knowledge on Reflow Medical products and customers
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strict attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
