Position: Resident Care Assistant (RCA)

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help residents with mobility and transfers.
Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and respect.

Qualifications:

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate!
Must be able to work the scheduled midnight shift.
