At the same time, you will leverage technical leadership principles to ensure that your team is successful in ensuring that the delivered product meets all customer specifications and meets or exceeds the needs of our customers.Key activities you will accomplish in this role:• Digital products include digital processing, software defined radio, command & data handling, controls & avionics, and any other digital systems that are utilized on Lockheed Martin space or missile systems. • The critical skills utilized in this role will include experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering. To be effective in this role, you will need:• Experience in a Responsible Engineer / Product Lead role for analog and digital electronics.• Experience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers.• Familiarity with other engineering processes, disciplines and Subject Matter Experts.• Familiarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).• Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.• Experience in different phases of aerospace electronic component development cycle.• Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers.• Proficiency in presentations and in written communications.• 8+ years of professional experience.• Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:​Designs and develops circuits used in electronic devices. Responsible for layout and mask design, device evaluation and characterization, test box design, prototype construction and checkout, and determination of wafer fabrication processes. Prepares test methods and specifications; analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conducts experimental tests; provides finished device approval; and prepares customer application information.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.• Electronics and/or software background.• Experience in development of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry.• Experience as a Responsible Engineer of analog and/or digital electronics.Desired Skills• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.• Experience leading technical teams.• Experience developing products for space or missile applications.• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
