Position Overview and Qualifications

In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. Working closely with medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Evaluating the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
  • Executing procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
  • Administering prescribed medications, monitoring the patient for therapeutic responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
  • Delivering exceptional care by promptly addressing patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring they fully understand by simplifying complex medical terminology.
Qualifications Required:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within one year of starting employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Diploma in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
