The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. This role supports resident safety, clinical excellence, and teamwork across the care team./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):/pulliProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans./liliAssess residents physical, psychosocial, and functional status and document appropriately./liliAdminister medications and treatments safely and accurately/liliMonitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report to physician and nursing leadership./liliSupervise and support LPNs and CNAs on assigned unit or shift./liliEnsure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards./liliParticipate in care planning, shift reports, and interdisciplinary meetings./liliRespond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed./liliAccurately complete medical records, MARs, TARs, and incident reports./liliEducate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health conditions./liliAdhere to attendance, scheduling, and block schedule commitments as assigned./lipQualifications:/pulliCurrent, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware/liliStrong clinical assessment and documentation skills/liliAbility to supervise staff and work collaboratively with the healthcare team/liliExcellent communication and organizational skills/lipPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation/li/ulpCommunity / State-Specific Addendum:/ppLicensure requirements, scope of practice, staffing ratios, and scheduling structures may vary by state and community.
