FOIA Disclosure Product Manager with Security Clearance

FOIA Disclosure Product Manager – Full‑time, Experienced, Information Technology CGS is seeking a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to support the IT mission of a large federal agency. The role involves product management and product marketing tasks, driving the SecureRelease product and business‑planning, analyzing consumer needs and market trends, developing product positioning and messaging, and collaborating with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams for product development, QA, and release. Responsibilities Drive the SecureRelease product and business‑planning process across cross‑functional teams. Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build‑vs‑buy perspective. Assess current competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities. Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure successful achievement of objectives. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Drive product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams. Create product strategy documents describing business cases, high‑level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communication plans. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on development, QA, release, and resource balancing. Develop product positioning and messaging differentiating the product across primary market segments. Manage and deliver release notes, schedule walkthroughs, manage client notifications, and schedule product deployment. Manage the feature‑request queue and set priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering. Strong experience in a dynamic product‑management role. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. Highly effective cross‑functional team management. Previous experience delivering finely‑tuned product‑marketing strategies. Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public‑speaking skills. Master’s degree in product design or engineering (preferred). Previous software and web development experience. Experience working as a product developer in a non‑managerial role.
