About the Position
Our client is seeking a CDL A Driver for a local delivery position in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering medical supplies along a consistent local route while performing light touch freight handling. Weekend scheduling options are available, and the position offers the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $31 per hour
- Estimated weekly gross: $600
- Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday options available
- Start times between midnight and 2:00 a.m.
- Hours per week: 40
- Employment type: Temp to Perm
- Anticipated start date: August 11, 2026
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and professionally on assigned local routes
- Deliver medical supplies to hospitals, nursing homes, and surgical facilities
- Move freight using push and pull carts and a manual pallet jack
- Handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- Maintain accurate and timely deliveries while providing professional customer service
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to perform physical freight-handling duties, including moving items weighing up to 100 pounds
