Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Location: Fairfield, Ohio Type: Contract Compensation: Up to $26/hour Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 hours per week Security Clearance: Not specified Overview W2 Candidates Only-ONSITE rate flexibility for the right candidate Responsibilities Provide imaging, software installation, and device setup for new hires, transfers, and contractors. Collaborate with associates as part of the Corporate Refresh program. Support the Autopilot experience via Intune, addressing manual software install needs and printer configurations. Requirements Experience in Desktop Support, including imaging equipment, installing software, and setting up devices. Knowledge of Autopilot, Intune, and printer configurations. Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment, four days a week at the headquarters.
