ICU/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Role: ICU/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiac and surgical patients. Manage complex hemodynamics, ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including intensivists and cardiologists. Key Duties: Conduct rapid patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Experienced in ICU and cardiovascular care, proficient in hemodynamic management, ventilator use, and cardiac monitoring. Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.
