The Teacher plays a pivotal role in shaping a child's educational journey, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring a nurturing and engaging classroom setting. Teachers must possess a deep understanding of child development and be adept at communicating with children and adults alike. A successful Teacher is one who can effectively guide their team, resolve parental concerns, and drive continuous quality improvement.

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth in children, grounded in developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
• Provide leadership by example, empowering teaching team members through coaching and mentoring to achieve success.
• Maintain open communication channels with parents through regular discussions and conferences, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their children's needs are met.
• Evaluate and maintain adherence to center policies, state regulations, and health and safety standards, ensuring a secure and healthy classroom environment.
• Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers, ensuring they follow planned activities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in education and best practices.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth, developing a personalized plan to enhance teaching skills and improve the learning experience for children.

• Must clear full background check.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
