Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage engineering projects with structured schedules and milestones
• Oversee design, build, installation, and commissioning of plant systems and equipment
• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure smooth communication and project success
• Handle full lifecycle of capital and non-capital initiatives
• Support daily plant operations with technical expertise and improvements
• Promote efficiency, reliability, and quality in production processes

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• 3+ years of experience with automation/controls in manufacturing
• 2+ years managing engineering projects
• Strong decision-making, organization, and cross-functional teamwork skills
