What to Expect As a Cell Recycling Operator at Tesla's Gigafactory Nevada, you will play a critical role in driving Tesla's mission to close the loop on battery recycling. This position involvesoperatingand monitoring equipment within the cell recycling pilot plant, ensuring peak efficiency while adhering to strict safety guidelines. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to continuously improve recycling systems, contributing to sustainable production processes and innovative solutions. This position is night shift work, requiring candidates to be comfortable working overnight hours in an outdoor industrial environment for 12-hour shifts.
