Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Lead store operations to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, planning, and accountability.; Supervise, train, and develop store associates and recruit to build a strong team when needed.; Ensure execution of company processes including Omni-channel fulfillment and inventory management, and manage payroll hours and scheduling.; Maintain store safety and loss prevention programs, cash handling, and asset protection procedures.; Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and customer experience are upheld across the store.
