Dispatch Helper Amazon Delivery Operations

We are looking for a dependable and organized Dispatch Helper to support our Amazon delivery operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a Dispatch Helper, you will assist the dispatch team with daily driver support, route tracking, communication, package issues, and end-of-day operations.

What You'll Do:

• Assist dispatchers with daily driver check-in and route preparation
• Help monitor driver progress throughout the day
• Communicate with drivers by phone or text when needed
• Support drivers with delivery issues, rescues, delays, and route updates
• Help track packages, returns, and end-of-day debriefs
• Assist with van keys, devices, equipment, and basic operational tasks
• Help keep the dispatch area organized and running smoothly
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and Amazon delivery procedures

Pay and Schedule:

$19.00 per hour start time, approximately 7:00 PM Shifts may vary depending on daily operations Weekend availability required part-time positions available Requirements: Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication skills Comfortable using a phone, computer, apps, and basic tracking systems Able to multitask in a busy environment Good problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset Logistics, dispatch, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
