Role Overview

A high-volume, luxury Italian steakhouse located in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA 30305 is seeking a seasoned General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead operations on the floor. Operating with a projected Year 1 revenue of $10M–$12M, this high-end concept requires a hands-on, floor-driven hospitality leader who excels in a luxury, high-expectation environment. The role focuses on managing service directly from the floor, maintaining elevated standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience without requiring foundational operational training.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct shift operations and guest flow active from the dining room floor during peak service hours.
• Oversee and mentor service staff and management to maintain high-touch fine-dining standards and service execution.
• Maintain floor presence and drive service quality in a high-volume venue projected at $10M–$12M in annual sales.
• Handle guest interactions, service recoveries, and operational efficiency with composure, warmth, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on labor management, service flow, and overall operational excellence.
  

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience (General Manager or Assistant General Manager) in high-end fine dining or luxury steakhouse operations.
• Proven leadership background in high-volume fine-dining concepts.
• Deep knowledge of luxury service protocols, food, beverage, and wine execution.
• Demonstrated history of floor-centric leadership and staff development.
• Highly articulate communication skills, professional presentation, and strong emotional intelligence.
  

Mandatory Non-Negotiables

• Minimum 5 years of fine-dining management experience in high-caliber concepts.
• Active, floor-driven management style (leading service from the floor rather than an office).
• Full availability to work peak fine-dining operational hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA 30305.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Range: $90,000 – $130,000 Total Compensation (Base salary + bonus + health insurance; final positioning determined by candidate experience and role placement).
