Responsibilities

The Temporary Executive Assistant to the CIO role provides administrative and operational support to IT leadership, including executive calendar management, vendor coordination, accounts payable processes, communications, and event planning. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, executive-level administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily calendar management and coordinate meetings at the Executive level, ensuring alignment with company guidelines
• Coordinate and manage IT vendor's onsite visits, legal documentation, and accounting processes
• Act as a liaison between the IT Department and Finance Department to lead in accounts payable management processes
• Coordinate Internal IT Communications and IT events
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
• Provide support as needed to IT leadership to ensure efficient daily operations
• Manage office supply inventory and orders, maintaining adequate stock levels
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the IT department's goals under the direct supervision of the CIO

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with 3+ years executive-level administrative experience and/or training; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of sensitivity and accuracy
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor and is flexible and team-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
