As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Response in Ashburn, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government education location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and contribute to a caring culture through teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and other members of the school community while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established procedures, providing directions and escalating concerns to appropriate school personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
