Oncology Development Executive - Inland Empire, CA

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive business growth in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs territory. The role combines outside sales, strategic account management, and clinical expertise to expand adoption of oncology diagnostic solutions among healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, competitive conversions, and drive revenue growth in assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of oncology and precision medicine solutions
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on diagnostic solutions and testing strategy optimization
- Build and manage account growth plans that expand utilization across complex healthcare organizations
- Represent oncology and precision medicine portfolio, translating clinical evidence into business recommendations
Requirements
- High school diploma with 9 years experience, or Associate degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's in Business/Life Sciences/Healthcare with 5 years, or Master's with 3 years
- 5 years business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience
- 5 years oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine commercial experience
- Knowledge of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine trends
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline and opportunity tracking
- Ability to build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
