Job Title: Accounting Specialist – AP & GLLocation: Meridian, IDEmployment Type: Full Time, In-personCompany: RevascentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable & General Ledger Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle for Revascent’s clients while also supporting general ledger activities, month-end close, and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableProcess, review, and code vendor invoices accurately and timelyMatch invoices with purchase orders and receiptsPrepare and process daily payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) for multiple clients with various chart of account ledgersReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesRespond to vendor and client inquiries regarding paymentsMaintain AP files and ensure compliance with company policiesGeneral LedgerPrepare and post journal entriesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPerform account reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport audits by preparing schedules and documentationAssist with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset entriesEnsure accuracy and integrity of the general ledgerQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in accounts payable and general ledger accountingSolid understanding of accounting principles and internal controlsExperience with Sage 100 preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, pivot tables preferred)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in a high-volume AP environmentKnowledge of 1099 reportingPrior experience in healthcare industryWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysRetirement plan options (e.g., 401(k))Opportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Revascent Llc
