Hybrid Healthcare Quality & Performance Lead

Hugh Chatham Health

Advocate Health seeks a Quality Improvement professional to lead data‑driven performance improvement efforts in Illinois. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule offering on‑site and remote work, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. You will provide consultation and facilitation to performance improvement teams, analyze complex data, develop action plans, and deliver interpretive reports to committees and leadership to drive high‑quality care and cost efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
