Senior Content Strategist

Owning the content strategy for client projects, the full-time Senior Content Strategist will create and manage website content for credit union clients, build processes and standards for content delivery, and oversee a team of freelance contractors in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategy for client websites, ensuring alignment with brand voice and UX writing standards Source, onboard, and manage freelance content contractors, maintaining quality control and overseeing the QA process for deliverables Collaborate with design and project management teams to integrate content design into the overall UX project workflow Required qualifications: Experience leading a content or creative function, including managing writers or contractors Strong writing and editing background with a focus on strategic content creation Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Proficient project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and timelines Familiarity with the credit union industry or a strong desire to learn about it Virtual Vocations Inc
