What You’ll Do: Talent Champion : Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to hiring, onboarding, and training the Chick-fil-A way. Culture Builder : Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment, championing our culture of care and servant leadership. Employee Relations Guru : Be the go-to person for employee concerns, ensuring everyone feels heard, supported, and valued. Performance Coach : Lead the performance management process, ensuring every team member has the tools and feedback needed to grow. Compliance Whiz : Keep us on track with labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices. Benefits Guide : Help our team members navigate their benefits and perks, making sure they get the most out of what we offer. Growth Architect : Develop training programs that set our team members up for long-term success both in the restaurant and beyond. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related field). Chick-fil-A experience? Bonus points! At least 2 years of HR experience , preferably in a fast- paced environment. Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices . A natural ability to lead, inspire, and connect with people. Top-notch communication and conflict resolution skills - you’re a great listener who knows how to find solutions. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills .
