Location: Fort Worth, TX – Alliance Area
Pay: DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001, QC080000, and related quality management systems
• Support quality compliance for AI server and electronic hardware manufacturing
• Lead internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and management review meetings
• Coordinate external ISO certification activities and third-party audits
• Support UL safety, ESD compliance, SCAR, 8D, and corrective action processes
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Review ECR and ECO requests and verify actions are completed
• Lead weekly ECO status meetings and follow up on open quality items
• Support production line qualification and new product introduction activities
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Partner with engineering, production, quality, and customer teams to resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of engineering or quality experience in electronics, computer hardware, servers, circuit boards, or a related manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or project lead experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC080000, or similar quality standards
• Experience conducting internal, customer, or certification audits
• Experience with root cause analysis, 8D, SCAR, CAPA, and corrective actions
• Familiarity with ECR, ECO, engineering changes, and manufacturing documentation
• Proficiency with Minitab, quality tools, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI server, server rack, computer hardware, PCBA, SMT, or electronic assembly manufacturing
• Certified Quality Engineer, CQE, or ISO Lead Auditor certification
• Experience with UL safety standards and ESD compliance
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Experience supporting new product introduction or production line qualification

Work Environment

• Combination of office and electronics production floor work
• Standing and walking required during audits and inspections
• Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 25 pounds
• Exposure to manufacturing equipment and production noise
• Personal protective equipment provided as required
• Occasional travel may be required for audits or certification activities
