Are you excited about this ABA PEDIATRIC BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANSAs a Full-Time ABA Pediatric Behavior Technician at GulfSouth Autism Center, you will work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans crafted by a supervisor. Your role will involve teaching essential new skills, such as communication and social interaction, while providing one-on-one support tailored to each child's unique needs. By following the treatment plan meticulously, you will actively contribute to the development of crucial life skills in the children you support. Additionally, your responsibilities will include collecting and tracking data on client progress to ensure each child's journey is both effective and rewarding. This position allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of children while building your expertise in the field of behavioral health.
What matters mostTo thrive as a Full-Time ABA Pediatric Behavior Technician at GulfSouth Autism Center, you must possess a unique blend of skills and attributes. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is also important, as you will be responsible for tracking client progress and implementing behavior intervention plans. Your ability to adapt, communicate, and innovate will enhance the experiences of the children you serve and set you on the path to success in this impactful role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
